Woodstock is known as a major manufacturer of dairy products, and one of the local points of pride is the Springbank Snow Countess, a Holstein cow that produced a world record 9,062 pounds of lifetime butterfat. There is even a monument erected to the cow that has been part of the city since 1937 to commemorate her legacy.
Other points of interest in town include the weekly Farmers Market, which is located on the Woodstock Fairgrounds and sells local cheese, breads, produce, crafts and flowers, and the historic Old St. Paul's Anglican Church, which has a cemetery where many of the city's first settlers were laid to rest.

The Macdonald-Cartier Freeway runs straight through Woodstock, so no matter what direction you are coming from, you should be able to find your way around the city with ease.
